About SyncCouch

Built for Long-Distance Couples

When you're in a long-distance relationship, movie nights shouldn't feel like a compromise. SyncCouch is a free Chrome extension that synchronizes video playback between you and your partner — so every play, pause, and seek happens at the same moment, no matter the distance.

Beyond sync, SyncCouch gives you video chat in a picture-in-picture window, real-time text chat with emoji reactions — and, coming in the next update, AI-powered movie recommendations based on your shared mood. It's everything you need for date night, built into one sidebar.

Supported Streaming Platforms

SyncCouch works with the platforms you already use. We're the only watch party tool that supports JioHotstar.

• Netflix Watch Party
• YouTube Watch Party
• Prime Video Watch Party
• JioHotstar Watch Party
• Crunchyroll Watch Party

Free and Private

SyncCouch is free to use. Playback sync, text chat, voice chat, and video chat are free and unlimited, and AI recommendations will be free when they launch in the next update.

We don't access video streams, record calls, or keep chat messages after your room ends. Your watch history stays on your streaming platform, not with us. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Made in India

SyncCouch is designed for couples on Indian networks — optimized for Jio 4G bandwidth, with reconnection handling built for unreliable connections. Whether you're watching Bollywood on JioHotstar or anime on Crunchyroll, SyncCouch keeps your night together.
